Executive Chef/ Owner, Majid Amoorpour

Majid grew up in Sweden and is a self-taught chef. He learned a great deal in Sweden. Since moving to Charlotte, he has worked at many of Charlottes Finer Restaurants. He’s worked in Chicago, and England as a pastry chef. Has had a wonderful opportunity to work with some very well-known chefs. 2002-2007, he began searching for experience to build on his culinary journey.  He returned to Charlotte, with great confidence and knowledge.  He began consulting work for many of Charlotte’s Restaurants. Until, finally he decided to open a restaurant for himself.  He is at the restaurant, all day every day. He recognizes that he still has a lot to learn, and a lot to experience.
